A collision led to Chaleco AFC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Tobias Oihan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chaleco AFC's zone, Romulo Hartz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Mon came out of the goal and Romulo Hartz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romulo Hartz scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baltasar Mon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eddy Gâteau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Medero in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Chaleco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Mundine. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Hartz in the 11th minute of play forced Chaleco AFC's goalkeeper Baltasar Mon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Branch took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eddy Gâteau. Eddy Gâteau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Eddy Gâteau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Medero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Mundine kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Chaleco AFC's Marco Beltran got a free kick in the 21st minute. Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Eddy Gâteau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Medero in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Michael Branch notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Eddy Gâteau. Eddy Gâteau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eddy Gâteau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Medero in the 27th minute of play. Ruperto Escobar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eddy Gâteau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Branch in the 35th minute of play forced Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's goalkeeper Eddy Gâteau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleuterio Javiar's late challenge caught a Chaleco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Javiar helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes Caiga Quien Caiga F.C got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Javiar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Mundine in the 41st minute of play forced Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's goalkeeper Eddy Gâteau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Mon having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Hartz to make the kick off. Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Harri in the 54th minute. Eddy Gâteau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Branch in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Branch in the 59th minute of play forced Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's goalkeeper Eddy Gâteau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Chaleco AFC's Eddy Gâteau threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michael Branch, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Baltasar Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Hartz in the 61st minute of play. Eddy Gâteau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Medero went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Chaleco AFC's Ulises Acuña was substituted for Artemio Lleir. In the 70th minute, Michael Branch reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eddy Gâteau. The goal made the score 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximino Benvide during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximino Benvide kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. A hard shot by Gaizko Rapino from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Eddy Gâteau's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Baltasar Mon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romulo Hartz's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Gaizko Rapino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaleco AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaizko Rapino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddy Gâteau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Maximino Benvide got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Chaleco AFC booed when Caiga Quien Caiga F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Benvide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Eddy Gâteau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eddy Gâteau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Branch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddy Gâteau made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Jacobo Gervaso sent off a good shot on target. After 92nd play minutes Romulo Hartz shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Baltasar Mon and just under the crossbar into goal.
