Bera UFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sixto Giraldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Bera UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Umea came free, but Marcial Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Umea in the 15th minute of the match. Marcial Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Umea, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Sixto Giraldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Berbiz. In the 24th minute, Epifanio Cordeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Diego Beltran. The goal made the score 1-3. Igor Umea scored 1-4 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Berbiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th match minute, Nueva chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Veronica to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 38 minutes, Epifanio Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bera UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcial Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Giraldo in the 43rd minute of play. Bera UFC's Marcial Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Umea in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Bera UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Hanot came free, but Marcial Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Giraldo made a kick off. The supporters of Bera UFC booed when Nueva chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Hanot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bera UFC's Marcial Berbiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Bera UFC from getting a goal against them. Marcial Berbiz was a little too slow when Sixto Giraldo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-6. In the 66th minute of the match, Hilario Veronica tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Berbiz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcial Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Hanot in the 67th minute of the match. Marcial Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Giraldo in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes Bera UFC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Tristan. The supporters of Nueva chicago booed when Bera UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Tristan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Micael's late challenge caught a Nueva chicago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laureano Micael helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bera UFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Laureano Micael hit a great ball. During the 89th minute of the match Epifanio Cordeiro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Epifanio Cordeiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Marcial Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Giraldo in the 94th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Bera UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Giraldo came free, but Marcial Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nueva chicago played a much better game than Bera UFC and deserved their victory. The Bera UFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
