The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Gabrio got free with Barnett Malacarne in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heineken FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Sixto Vincent scored to the left of an out of position Barnett Malacarne, making the score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Heineken FC's Jeronimo Sotil got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Eriberto Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilelas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Ibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barnett Malacarne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Aaron Gabrio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Barnett Malacarne. The goal made the score 3-0. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gonzalo Berdaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Niceto Abeijon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Gabrio was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Aaron Gabrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Heineken FC's Barnett Malacarne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niceto Abeijon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Barnett Malacarne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heineken FC's goalkeeper Barnett Malacarne, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Gabrio in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barnett Malacarne saved Heineken FC from getting behind. Luisito Tauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Barnett Malacarne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aaron Gabrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barnett Malacarne was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Heineken FC's Barnett Malacarne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Gabrio in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Gabrio in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnett Malacarne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barnett Malacarne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Gabrio in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Gabrio in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnett Malacarne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Bembe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heineken FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vilelas AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Heineken FC's Arnaldo Bembe got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Gonzalo Berdaitz came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Vilelas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Berdaitz couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Vilelas AFC were the better team. Vilelas AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
