An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Hug in the 11th minute of play forced PFBFMI's goalkeeper Enrique Gonzalez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Adrian Policarpio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PFBFMI's Enrique Gonzalez. Enrique Gonzalez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Pitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Adrian Policarpio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmiro Pitin in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Gonzalez saved PFBFMI from getting behind. Adan Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Frederico having to interfere. Honorio Frederico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Txartiko in the 22nd minute of play. If Bernardo Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Pascual Pero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Flavio Txartiko came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the PFBFMI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Txartiko couldn't finish the play. Honorio Frederico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adan Martxelin went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Adan Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Frederico having to interfere. If Adan Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 played minutes Palmas got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Policarpio. Honorio Frederico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Txartiko in the 41st minute of play. When PFBFMI's Flavio Txartiko in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palmas's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Alfredo Hug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmas's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Hug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Gonzalez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Adan Martxelin made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Palmas getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Erasmo Kusko hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Bernardo Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. PFBFMI's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorio Frederico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Delmiro Pitin could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Enrique Gonzalez however easily saved by the left post. Dario Quintun kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. PFBFMI's Bernardo Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palmas's Honorio Frederico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Martxelin in the 63rd minute of play. With 64 minutes on the clock, Santos Sandalio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Enrique Gonzalez, was totally fooled by Palmas's Zacarias Pagomari, who 67 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 74 minutes into the match, Flavio Txartiko notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Palmas's Honorio Frederico. In the 91stth minute of the game Alfredo Hug who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PFBFMI's Enrique Gonzalez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zacarias Pagomari hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Pascual Pero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The PFBFMI supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Palmas's performance. The match ended with a win for Palmas.
