The Cámbrico Inferior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Joanes should have stopped the shot. Cámbrico Inferior's Haroldo Joanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Shearer in the 67th minute of play. With a little luck, Cámbrico Inferior's Haroldo Joanes got control of the ball when Alan Shearer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrique Sein blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haroldo Joanes having to make a save.
