After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Bartolo Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunchales AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Kusko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Primitivo Kusko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Larra in the 11th minute. Jonathan Tirso's late challenge caught a Sunchales AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Tirso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Atletico Pucara getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jonathan Tirso hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Bartolo Corderall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Bartolo Corderall recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primitivo Kusko. Bartolo Corderall showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Venancio Libertad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel George hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Cosme Bernard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosme Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Atletico Pucara's Cosme Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Benet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cosme Santos made a kick off. A collision led to Sunchales AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Victorino Berdaitz hit a great ball. The throw-in from Bartolo Corderall in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Atletico Pucara's Guillermo Cristos. After 73 played minutes Atletico Pucara got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Abadie. After 74 played minutes Sunchales AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Corderall. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Pucara's zone, Benito Mendez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Kusko came out of the goal and Benito Mendez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cosme Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Atletico Pucara's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Larra came free, but Primitivo Kusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Sunchales AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
