Juniors FC's 郑昂响 got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Natalio Estebano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christo Fricke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Soin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 郑昂响's late challenge caught a Touzani FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. A collision led to Juniors FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. 郑昂响 hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Laurin came free, but Christo Fricke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Soin in the 26th minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Christo Fricke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by 郑昂响. Christo Fricke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Firmo in the 31st minute of play. Touzani FC's Cícero Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Ronaldinho in the 33rd minute of play. Juniors FC's Angel Estebano got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Alejandro Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christo Fricke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ronaldinho Ronaldinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldinho Ronaldinho to make the kick off. Christo Fricke made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Julio Soin sent off a good shot on target. Alejandro Firmo scored 0-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christo Fricke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Silviano in the 64th minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Christo Fricke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Orlando Kaiet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christo Fricke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Firmo in the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Soin got free with Christo Fricke in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Firmo in the 75th minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Christo Fricke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Touzani FC booed when Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Estebano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Ronaldinho Ronaldinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juniors FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldinho Ronaldinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juniors FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Alejandro Firmo scored to the left of an out of position Christo Fricke, making the score, 0-2. Ronaldinho Ronaldinho struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Cícero Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juniors FC.
