Spectators: 7313 (Terracing: 5486, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Touzani FC's Alejandro Firmo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Julio Soin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejandro Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejandro Firmo in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Beti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejandro Firmo in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Beti saved Elida from getting behind. 13 minutes into the game, Touzani FC's Alejandro Firmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leon Beti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Benito Avellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Touzani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Hotz came free, but Cícero Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Elida's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Soin came free, but Leon Beti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Enzo Hotz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cícero Toledo. Enzo Hotz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Amado Guerrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Leon Beti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Beti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Soin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elida's Leon Beti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Firmo in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Touzani FC booed when Elida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Bras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Hotz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leon Beti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Firmo in the 52nd minute of play. Benito Avellaneda struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Cícero Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elida. Alejandro Firmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Beti having to interfere. Leon Beti came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Touzani FC's Julio Soin. But to his dismay, Julio Soin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alejandro Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cícero Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Hotz's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Julio Soin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Beti. Elida's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julio Soin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Julio Soin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Beti having to interfere. If Alejandro Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Soin got free with Leon Beti in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Soin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Leon Beti made a huge save. In the 88th minute Alejandro Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Beti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Bras charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Bras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Elida's Ermegildo Bras got a free kick in the 89th minute. Julio Soin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Beti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Touzani FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
