With a little luck, Barrancas's Zé Augusto de Queirós got control of the ball when Julio Soin tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Touzani FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Amancio Silviano hit a great ball. Cícero Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Txanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Fero hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Barrancas's Zé Augusto de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Firmo in the 12th minute of play. Santiago Txanton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cícero Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 20 minutes, Timmy Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Jakobsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Touzani FC defense, Timmy Jakobsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cícero Toledo. The Touzani FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cícero Toledo should have stopped the shot. Alejandro Firmo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Augusto de Queirós came out and tried to block the shot, but Alejandro Firmo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 27th minute. Cícero Toledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Txanton went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Timmy Jakobsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero Toledo having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Touzani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Txanton came free, but Cícero Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Alejandro Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Augusto de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cícero Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Txanton in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timmy Jakobsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Augusto de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Guerrero in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Touzani FC's Julio Soin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Touzani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Txanton came free, but Cícero Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Augusto de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Soin in the 58th minute of the match. Zé Augusto de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Soin in the 60th minute of play. After 64 played minutes Touzani FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Firmo. After 67 minutes of play, Barrancas's Timmy Jakobsson made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cícero Toledo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Firmo in the 71st minute of play forced Barrancas's goalkeeper Zé Augusto de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Txanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Txanton was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. Barrancas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 80 minutes into the match, Julio Soin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Augusto de Queirós. Barrancas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julio Soin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Santiago Txanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero Toledo having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Barrancas's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Firmo came free, but Zé Augusto de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timmy Jakobsson got free with Cícero Toledo in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Barrancas's Timmy Jakobsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cícero Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Barrancas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
