But to his dismay, Benito Avellaneda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Benito Avellaneda scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Belo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36thth minute of the game Benito Avellaneda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tehuelche's Felix Belo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Avellaneda in the 38th minute of play forced Tehuelche's goalkeeper Felix Belo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Tadeo Ostargi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tehuelche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Ostargi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 43 minutes, Casimiro Iraido made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Elida's Leon Beti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Iraido made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Tehuelche's goalkeeper Felix Belo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Avellaneda. Hector Abaurre charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tadeo Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Belo made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Benito Avellaneda sent off a good shot on target. Hector Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Felix Belo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Hotz in the 75th minute of the match. Marciano Jokin charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in Elida's zone, Casimiro Iraido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Beti came out of the goal and Casimiro Iraido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Tehuelche booed when Elida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Guillelmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Oscar Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tehuelche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Argenis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Tehuelche's Felix Belo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Tehuelche from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Enzo Hotz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Belo was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benito Avellaneda got free with Felix Belo in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Tehuelche supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Elida's performance. The match ended with a win for Elida.
