Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anibal Cuarto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silverio Escobar went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Santiago Txanton came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Barrancas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Txanton couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute, Everardo Loi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrancas's Silverio Escobar got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Silverio Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Sinsacote's Roman Indartsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Augusto de Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adrian Ospin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Santiago Txanton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Txanton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julian Misael hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Roman Indartsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 played minutes Barrancas got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Senen. Baldomiro Pagomari charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomiro Pagomari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Baldomiro Pagomari hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Sinsacote got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Oidor. In the 48th minute, Timmy Jakobsson made a precise shot to the right of Anibal Cuarto. Sinsacote's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timmy Jakobsson was the one to do the kick off. Roman Indartsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute of the game Fulgencio Botello made a throw-in which Silverio Escobar played forward. After 64 played minutes Sinsacote got a freekick which was hit by Julian Misael. After a defensive mix-up in Sinsacote's zone, Timmy Jakobsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Cuarto came out of the goal and Timmy Jakobsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Silverio Escobar notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Sinsacote's Anibal Cuarto. Anibal Cuarto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 75 minutes, Aldo Lonzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrancas and the Sinsacote players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Barrancas got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Lonzo. Anibal Cuarto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timmy Jakobsson in the 79th minute. Zé Augusto de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Indartsu in the 81st minute of play. Aldo Lonzo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barrancas's Daniel Nef got a free kick in the 85th minute. The supporters of Sinsacote booed when Barrancas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Nef didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes, Sinsacote's Julian Misael shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zé Augusto de Queirós came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sinsacote reached it. Sinsacote's Silvio Oidor managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fulgencio Botello in the 91 minute of the game. The Sinsacote fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barrancas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
