Spectators: 7325 (Terracing: 5495, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julian Romero took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Julian Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yapeyú FC and the Deportivo Vino Tinto players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Yapeyú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Romero to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Silvestre Chano managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Deportivo Vino Tinto's Armando Pelagius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 17 minutes into the match, Francisco Pierres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Chano. Yapeyú FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Pierres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Christian Primeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Yapeyú FC's Silvestre Chano got control of the ball when Armando Pelagius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Seber in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Fabricio Seber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yapeyú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabricio Seber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gavino Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Seber in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Deportivo Vino Tinto's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Romero came free, but Gavino Bastiaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Vino Tinto's Teofilo Raymundo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Teofilo Raymundos short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Silvestre Chano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Yapeyú FC's Silvestre Chano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Pierres in the 42nd minute of play. Deportivo Vino Tinto's Gavino Bastiaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Romero in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Christian Primeiro made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Armando Pelagius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Vino Tinto's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Pelagius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Chano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Deportivo Vino Tinto booed when Yapeyú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Chinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Primeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Silvestre Chano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavino Bastiaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Seber in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Julian Romero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gavino Bastiaro, 2-1. Gavino Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Romero in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, Deportivo Vino Tinto's Gavino Bastiaro got control of the ball when Fabricio Seber tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Armando Pelagius made a precise shot to the right of Silvestre Chano. Yapeyú FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 80th minute, Alonzo Urre reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gavino Bastiaro. The goal made the score 3-2. Gavino Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Romero in the 83rd minute of play. Fabricio Seber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Gavino Bastiaro made a huge save. Yapeyú FC's Silvestre Chano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Pelagius in the 86th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match, Julian Romero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Bastiaro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gavino Bastiaro made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fabricio Seber sent off a good shot on target. Deportivo Vino Tinto's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
