Luciano Franco might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Feliu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luciano Franco ran back to his position shaking his head. Luciano Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Oktober 1979's Godfredo Ortle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erubiel Monte. Erubiel Monte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 37th minute of the game, Alberto Milian landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Godfredo Ortle fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oktober 1979's protests and gave Godfredo Ortle a yellow card for diving instead. Constantino Matro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Matro, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Jeronimo Quentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Constantino Matro was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantino Matro got free with Horacio Feliu in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Constantino Matro managed to get in a good position for a shot. A very good chance. The supporters of Oktober 1979 booed when C.A.Amigos G.a.p was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Matro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Ler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Monte having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Niceto Ler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oktober 1979's Godfredo Ortle got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Constantino Matro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Horacio Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Txindoki kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantino Matro got free with Horacio Feliu in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.A.Amigos G.a.p eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
