Alberto Leobardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pål Berg having to interfere. Gaspar Cresencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Soin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pål Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Leobardo in the 14th minute of the match. Rosa's Gaspar Cresencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Soin in the 16th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Arturo Leheren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaparro's Pål Berg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pål Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Leheren, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Pål Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Leheren in the 21st minute of play. After 23 played minutes Rosa got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Leheren. Alberto Leobardo made in the 27th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arturo Leheren. Rosa's Gaspar Cresencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Rosa from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Elvio Arotza took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gaspar Cresencio to make any attempt to save it. Pål Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Muno in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Gregorio Soin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gaspar Cresencio. The goal made the score 3-0. 46 minutes into the match, Arturo Leheren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pål Berg. Chaparro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Leheren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Alberto Leobardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Pål Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chaparro's Pål Berg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Chaparro from getting a goal against them. After having played for 71 minutes, Alberto Leobardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Leobardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Arturo Leheren notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Chaparro's Pål Berg. Pål Berg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Benjamin Muno came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Rosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Muno couldn't finish the play. In the 84thth minute of the game Arturo Leheren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaparro's Pål Berg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Leheren in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pål Berg saved Chaparro from getting behind. In the 89thth minute of the game Arturo Leheren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaparro's Pål Berg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Leheren in the 91st minute of play forced Chaparro's goalkeeper Pål Berg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
