Lázaro Millan came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Usina's Ernesto Roland. But to his dismay, Ernesto Roland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Ernesto Roland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Lázaro Millan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Apolo Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Santikurtz hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Cordeal during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eriberto Guib charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Eriberto Guib hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernesto Roland was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Conhello booed when C.A.Usina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Isias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Magdaleno in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eulalio Santikurtz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lázaro Millan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Usina. When Maximiliano Santikurtz fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Usina's protests and gave Maximiliano Santikurtz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute, Maximiliano Santikurtz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Magdaleno scored 3-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eulalio Santikurtz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Fernando Magdaleno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Santikurtz was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Fernando Magdaleno put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Eulalio Santikurtz. In the 87th minute, Ernesto Roland made a precise shot to the right of Lázaro Millan. Conhello's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. After some careless play in the C.A.Usina defense, Fernando Magdaleno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eulalio Santikurtz. The C.A.Usina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eulalio Santikurtz should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Conhello fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A.Usina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
