The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Braulio Janpier scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Firme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joaquin Kemen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Lázaro Millan made a huge save. Amadeo Tabor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Magdaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Conhello's Fernando Magdaleno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Firme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Federico Firme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Magdaleno went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After the first half Conhello were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cayetano Oihan to strike the kick off in the second half. Lázaro Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Conhello's Cecilio Geofredo in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 79 played minutes Ferrocarril Este got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Oihan. If Amadeo Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
