With a little luck, Ranquilón's Alfredo Froila got control of the ball when Gonzalo Montxo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Frutos in the 20th minute of play forced Ranquilón's goalkeeper Alfredo Froila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorio Teyo during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes Ranquilón got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Teyo. 25 minutes into the match, Placido Gaxan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Froila. Ranquilón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Gaxan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Victorio Teyo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, Ranquilón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Mogel to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Ranquilón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Perugurria:s goal. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Perugurria's Felix Indartsu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alfredo Froila. After 42 minutes, Cecilio Jeraldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perugurria and the Ranquilón players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Perugurria got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Jeraldo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Teyo in the 43rd minute of play forced Perugurria's goalkeeper Astor Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jacinto Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Froila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Frutos, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eulalio Quilino was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Placido Gaxan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Froila was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Placido Gaxan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Placido Gaxan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Gonzalo Montxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yulian Borachev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Everardo Cambranes kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Alfredo Froila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Montxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Alfredo Froila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basilio Chan's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Ranquilón's Everardo Cambranes got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Cecilio Jeraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Ranquilón's Victorio Teyo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Perugurria walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
