Cristo Ekain struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Gaspar Geofredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celófan FC. If Felipe Baleren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristo Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Geofredo having to interfere. Gaspar Geofredo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Celófan FC's Cristo Ekain. But to his dismay, Cristo Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Celófan FC's Bernardo Perico got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaspar Geofredo was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Bernardo Perico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardo Perico really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Cristo Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Geofredo having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Cristo Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celófan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Ekain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Geofredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Perico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Baleren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Felipe Baleren made the kick off in the second half. If Felipe Baleren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st match minute, San Lorenzo de Haedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Lauro to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Perico took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Geofredo. Gaspar Geofredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 68 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Haedo's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Perico came free, but Gaspar Geofredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariel Bordat got free with Filomeno Esiquio in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute, Felipe Baleren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ariel Bordat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Filomeno Esiquio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Perico in the 75th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Haedo's goalkeeper Gaspar Geofredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Perico might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaspar Geofredo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Perico ran back to his position shaking his head. Gaspar Geofredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Perico, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Celófan FC's Cristo Ekain in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo de Haedo's goalie prevented a goal. Gaspar Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Ekain in the 89th minute of the match. If Felipe Baleren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Celófan FC had played much better football throughout.
