C.A. Padrin de Chapaleufu's Jairo Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Fidensio in the 18th minute of play. Melchor Fidensio succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. With an all-out effort, C.A. Padrin de Chapaleufu's Martin Gabon threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baldomiro Koldobika, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jairo Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Fidensio in the 26th minute of play. Martin Gabon was a little too slow when Baldomiro Koldobika got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 29th minute Baldomiro Koldobika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Medellín AFC's Martin Gabon got control of the ball when Ovidio Geofredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Medellín AFC's Melchor Fidensio in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melchor Fidensio was the one to do the kick off. Medellín AFC's Martin Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Koldobika in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to C.A. Padrin de Chapaleufu getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgardo Aballe hit a great ball. In the 58th match minute, C.A. Padrin de Chapaleufu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Ricart to maneuver through the defense. If Melchor Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Henry scored 1-5 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jairo Haimar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Bernardo Poz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Medellín AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Poz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Haimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Wilfredo Eliazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Medellín AFC's Melchor Fidensio, in the 77th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Medellín AFC. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Padrin de Chapaleufu's zone, Eugenio Tiso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Haimar came out of the goal and Eugenio Tiso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Placido Ricart kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Baldomiro Koldobika struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Martin Gabon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Padrin de Chapaleufu. Francisco Bonifaco hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Medellín AFC's Melchor Fidensio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Edgardo Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Medellín AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hipolito Guib in the 100th minute. Medellín AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
