In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atl. San Cristóbal's goalkeeper Tadeo Eguerdi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Guillermo Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dakota’s ★ OFF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Mingo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeo Eguerdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Mingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Guillermo Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dakota’s ★ OFF's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Mingo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeo Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Timoteo Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, Atl. San Cristóbal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Cordarrell to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Cibran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Johans in the 35th minute of play. If Osvaldo Johans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Eguerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timoteo Giraldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Tadeo Eguerdi made a huge save. Jacinto Cibran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Johans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timoteo Giraldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The supporters of Dakota’s ★ OFF booed when Atl. San Cristóbal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Cordarrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Mingo in the 88th minute of play. Dakota’s ★ OFF were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Atl. San Cristóbal to leave the ground with a draw.
