Viktor Kalkanov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saturnino Guipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Elodio having to interfere. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Patagonia's goalkeeper Viktor Kalkanov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th match minute, Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Astudillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Braulio Bide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Elodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Patagonia booed when Pelotillehue Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Toribio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Saturnino Guipuzkoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timoteo Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Bide in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Patagonia's Feliciano Astudillo got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes Pelotillehue Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Meder. Braulio Bide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saturnino Guipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Elodio having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Patagonia's Braulio Bide slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Timoteo Elodio. That made the score 1-0 after 44 minutes of play. In the 47th match minute, Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Gaueko to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Frederico to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Pelotillehue Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Pacho. Igor Jaunzuria tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Viktor Kalkanov. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-1 in the 55th minute. If Braulio Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Victorio Maurino made a precise shot to the right of Viktor Kalkanov. Patagonia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Pelotillehue Futbol Club's Timoteo Elodio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Guipuzkoa in the 68th minute of play. When Victorio Maurino came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Pelotillehue Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio Maurino couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Patagonia's zone, Braulio Frederico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viktor Kalkanov came out of the goal and Braulio Frederico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute of the match, Braulio Frederico got a very nice opportunity to score, but Viktor Kalkanov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 84 played minutes Pelotillehue Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Mogel. In the 86th minute Saturnino Guipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Elodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Meder charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Meder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Isaias Meder a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Pelotillehue Futbol Club's Isaias Meder got a free kick in the 89th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pelotillehue Futbol Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
