The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Alberto Rafel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Barril and the Palca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Palca FC booed when Real Barril was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Rafel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rodrigo Ermano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Veto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Mirande, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. German Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Damario having to interfere. Erasmo Markel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Palca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Ermano came free, but Oscar Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Palca FC's German Procopio got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Rodrigo Ermano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Barril's Santiago Bartolome quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raimundo Deunoro, made in the 46th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Pedrão Netto made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Palca FC's goalkeeper Oscar Veto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Palca FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Maximo Mirande fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mateo Lop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Oscar Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Ermano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alberto Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Lop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Veto having to interfere. Oscar Veto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Ermano in the 70th minute of play. When Real Barril's Rodrigo Ermano in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palca FC's goalie prevented a goal. Oscar Veto came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Barril's Maximo Mirande. But to his dismay, Maximo Mirande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 90th match minute, Real Barril was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Stephen to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Ermano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Oscar Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Palca FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Barril were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
