Real Barril's Felipe Damario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Real Barril from getting a goal against them. After 17 played minutes Metal Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Raymon. A collision led to Metal Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lino Corderun hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Ermano in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rigoberto Fiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Metal Fútbol Club's Evaristo Montrel got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Lino Corderun charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Corderun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lino Corderun kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Metal Fútbol Club's Evaristo Montrel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Damario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rodrigo Ermano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Rodrigo Ermano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Barril's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Ermano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Ermano struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Rigoberto Fiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Barril. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Ermano in the 47th minute of play forced Metal Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Rigoberto Fiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Metal Fútbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Barril were winning 0-1.

Eustaquio Lixandro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 63 minutes on the clock, Vicente Garin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 62 minutes into the game, one of Real Barril:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jairo Santxol placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 68th minute, Emanuel Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Ermano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Fiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Alberto Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Metal Fútbol Club's zone, German Hermon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Fiz came out of the goal and German Hermon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Epifanio Modestio kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Ubaldo Raymon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Damario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Real Barril was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Rafel to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Bittor's late challenge caught a Real Barril's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jairo Bittor helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Metal Fútbol Club! After some careless play in the Metal Fútbol Club defense, Rodrigo Ermano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Fiz. The Metal Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Fiz should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Real Barril's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Raymon came free, but Felipe Damario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Real Barril getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Rodrigo Ermano hit a great ball. Real Barril played a much better game than Metal Fútbol Club and deserved their victory. The Metal Fútbol Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
