After 9 played minutes Club Deportivo El Sueño got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Lizer. Club Deportivo El Sueño's Alejandro Bernard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Garin in the 10th minute of play. Maximo Mirande's late challenge caught a Club Deportivo El Sueño's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximo Mirande helped the player get up and apologised. Gogo Abalos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gogo Abalos got free with Felipe Damario in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute of the match Club Deportivo El Sueño got a corner. Real Barril's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Braulio Ellande ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alberto Rafel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Braulio Ellande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Barril's Felipe Damario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Real Barril from getting a goal against them. Alejandro Bernard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Lop in the 32nd minute of play. Gogo Abalos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Felipe Damario made a huge save. After some careless play in the Real Barril defense, Gogo Abalos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Damario. The Real Barril fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Damario should have stopped the shot. Mateo Lop recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alberto Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Club Deportivo El Sueño got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Abalos. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximo Mirande to strike the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Real Barril got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Haritzeder. Gogo Abalos took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Damario. Felipe Damario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Felipe Damario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gogo Abalos went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Jeronimo Quintana kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Real Barril's Vicente Garin tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mateo Lop recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mateo Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Alejandro Bernard made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Maximo Mirande sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Club Deportivo El Sueño getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jeronimo Quintana hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximo Mirande got free with Alejandro Bernard in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Club Deportivo El Sueño booed when Real Barril was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Stephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes, Club Deportivo El Sueño's Braulio Ellande shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felipe Damario came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Deportivo El Sueño reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Abalos in the 85th minute of play forced Real Barril's goalkeeper Felipe Damario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gogo Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Damario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Abalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Deportivo El Sueño's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
