Spectators: 7304 (Terracing: 5479, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aureliano Quintan got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Joaquin Orkatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mogote FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mariano Baleren hit a great ball. After 17 minutes of play, Mogote FC's Aureliano Quintan made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Gongola was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Aureliano Quintan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogote FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Quintan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Gongola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliano Quintan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Roman Gongola 32 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Orkatz to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulo Pelagius struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Roman Gongola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mogote FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Joaquin Orkatz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomas Papo. That made the score 4-1 in the 54 minute of play. Aureliano Quintan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, LOS PANTANEROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Ricart to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Paulo Pelagius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogote FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Pelagius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Gongola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliano Quintan might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Gongola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Quintan ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Pelagius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Roman Gongola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Mogote FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Michael. Tomas Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Orkatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Ricart in the 93rd minute of play forced Mogote FC's goalkeeper Tomas Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mogote FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while LOS PANTANEROS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
