The supporters of Racing booed when LOS PANTANEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Ricart didn't get a good kick on the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Joaquin Orkatz made the kick off in the second half. Roman Gongola was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Omar Artizar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Omar Artizar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 55 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Piarres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOS PANTANEROS the free kick. Arnulfo Piarres kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Claudio Mergildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adan Estavan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Gongola having to interfere. Racing's Arnulfo Piarres got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Roman Gongola managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Racing's Adan Estavan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 91stth minute of the game Adan Estavan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS PANTANEROS's Roman Gongola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnulfo Piarres kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
