In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Douglas Haig's goalkeeper Peder Wållander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Corderun got free with Peder Wållander in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Silvio Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 20 played minutes KIPILKA C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Palos. Silvio Iruinea scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herminio Natanael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute Gaston Caradaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peder Wållander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute Domingo Oliverio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Natanael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaston Caradaro made a kick off. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 65 minutes into the match, KIPILKA C.F.'s goalkeeper Herminio Natanael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvio Iruinea. In the 67thth minute of the game Celestino Su who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Douglas Haig's Peder Wållander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingo Oliverio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Herminio Natanael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Douglas Haig booed when KIPILKA C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Olentzaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Hipolito Belasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aaron Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Peder Wållander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the KIPILKA C.F. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
