After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Americo Garoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beefeater Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Garoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Americo Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Beefeater Club defense, Erasmo Gutxi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodosio Jenaro. The Beefeater Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodosio Jenaro should have stopped the shot. Fulgencio Milian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Teodosio Jenaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Socialismo Gatuno's Teodosio Jenaro threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Javier Dalmau, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Beefeater Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Javier Dalmau scored to the left of an out of position Teodosio Jenaro, making the score, 2-0. Beefeater Club's Teodosio Jenaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Milian in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, one of Beefeater Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beefeater Club. In the 40th match minute, Socialismo Gatuno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Galeno to maneuver through the defense. Timoteo Truylos charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Truylos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Socialismo Gatuno's Timoteo Truylos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Americo Garoa made a great header on Beefeater Club's corner, it was just that Socialismo Gatuno's Hector Toribio managed to reach the ball for a save. Hector Toribio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Americo Garoa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 54 minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Beefeater Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Karlo to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Americo Garoa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hector Toribio. Americo Garoa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Erasmo Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Jenaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Milian in the 93rd minute of the match. Americo Garoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Toribio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Beefeater Club's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Socialismo Gatuno had won, even though Beefeater Club had held more of the ball.
