When Jacobo Arias came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Pombero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacobo Arias couldn't finish the play. Laureano Isusko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Bartolome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matias Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Isusko having to interfere. A collision led to Pombero FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Emiliano Kelemen hit a great ball. Jacinto Iago's late challenge caught a Misión FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Iago helped the player get up and apologised. Javier Michael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Angelo Ortle came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Misión FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Ortle couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvio Oliveiro made a kick off. If Jacobo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Pombero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Gurutz came free, but Javier Michael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Javier Michael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Oliveiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Jacobo Arias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Misión FC's Laureano Isusko got control of the ball when Matias Bartolome tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute, Pombero FC's Siro Udalaitz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Oliveiro in the 86th minute of play forced Pombero FC's goalkeeper Javier Michael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pombero FC's Enrique Havier shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Laureano Isusko but with some difficulty. A collision led to Misión FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rodrigo Alfonso hit a great ball. Jacobo Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Pombero FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
