VenturaJr's Rene Froylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Ixona in the 11th minute of play. Victoriano Loreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulino Santxol kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Arnaldo Tristan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guillermo Gipuzkoa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mercedes FC booed when VenturaJr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 41st minute, Amadeo Ixona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Jeremias Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Froylan came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Mercedes FC's Victoriano Loreto. But to his dismay, Victoriano Loreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeremias Gilabert to strike the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Osorio took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Raymon. Justo Raymon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After having played for 56 minutes, Osvaldo Osorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VenturaJr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Osorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th match minute, VenturaJr was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Tristan to maneuver through the defense. The Mercedes FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented VenturaJr from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
