Spectators: 7327 (Terracing: 5497, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eleuterio Hats took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodosio Chumo got free with Teodosio Kiliz in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cipriano Pacifico struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Simon Efraim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors. Cipriano Pacifico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Kiliz was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Eleuterio Hats capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eleuterio Hats really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Alvaro Ledesma took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Efraim. Simon Efraim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Simon Efraim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cipriano Pacifico went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Teodosio Chumo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Teodosio Kiliz made a huge save. Eleuterio Hats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Kiliz having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Hats came free, but Teodosio Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Hipolito Gartzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Kiliz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodosio Chumo in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Libertad FC's zone, Cipriano Pacifico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Efraim came out of the goal and Cipriano Pacifico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Libertad FC's Teodosio Chumo got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodosio Chumo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Teodosio Kiliz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Osvaldo Arce came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Arce couldn't finish the play. If Cipriano Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute of the match, Teodosio Chumo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teodosio Kiliz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 47 minutes in the game, Eleuterio Hats fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Teodosio Kiliz having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cipriano Pacifico made a kick off. Teodosio Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Hats in the 54th minute of play. Teodosio Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Hats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 minutes, Cipriano Pacifico made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Libertad FC's Simon Efraim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Delmiro Vincente was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 79 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, one of Boca Juniors:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Libertad FC a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roberto Orland, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Boca Juniors's Teodosio Kiliz. 2-4. Omar Beltza struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Fabian Xacintu got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Cipriano Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 97 minutes, Cipriano Pacifico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Pacifico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boca Juniors's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
