Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Uriburú's Genaro Laurin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Uriburú's Ricardo Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Natal in the 3rd minute of play. Mariano Oinatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 played minutes Durazno FC got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Oro. In the 15th minute Adan Dantae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Peyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Mariano Oinatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Vladimiro Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Tauro got free with Fernando Peyo in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, Durazno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Quilino came free, but Fernando Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Oinatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ricardo Odilon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Cosme Bastia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Benjamin Natal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Odilon skillfully saved the ball. If Cosme Bastia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Durazno FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Oinatz in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Odilon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Cosme Bastia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cosme Bastia came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Durazno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Bastia couldn't finish the play. Urbano Oro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Fernando Peyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Quilino in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Adan Quilino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Durazno FC's Mariano Oinatz got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Uriburú fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Durazno FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
