Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Aaron Gerazan lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Christian Chuse. Alfredo Mingo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Diego Aritza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Bernardo Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAVAÑA ARBOLITO's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Lander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Ciceron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benigno Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Aritza, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Mingo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benigno Ciceron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Matteo in the 18th minute of play forced CAVAÑA ARBOLITO's goalkeeper Christian Chuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When CAVAÑA ARBOLITO's Alfredo Mingo in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Benigno Ciceron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Lander in the 27th minute of play. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Diego Aritza sped through Curumalán's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benigno Ciceron. Benigno Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Aritza, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Christian Chuse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Reynaldo Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Aritza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Ciceron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Mingo's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Alfredo Mingo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Benigno Ciceron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Eli charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Eli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benigno Ciceron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Eli in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Alfredo Mingo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curumalán's Benigno Ciceron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Aritza in the 54th minute of play. The CAVAÑA ARBOLITO fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when CAVAÑA ARBOLITO's Alfredo Mingo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Curumalán getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Albino Ciano hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severo Dayam during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CAVAÑA ARBOLITO booed when Curumalán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Dayam didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Alfredo Mingo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benigno Ciceron, 2-4. Alfredo Mingo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Alfredo Mingo came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the CAVAÑA ARBOLITO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Mingo couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute Diego Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ciceron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Curumalán's Benigno Ciceron got control of the ball when Bernardo Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Aaron Gerazan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curumalán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Aritza in the 96th minute of play forced Curumalán's goalkeeper Benigno Ciceron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
