Cosme Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ciceron having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Cosme Mitxel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benigno Ciceron. Curumalán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosme Mitxel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Matadores Fc's Laureano Manny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Matadores Fc from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Cuartio during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Matadores Fc booed when Curumalán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Cuartio didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Laureano Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Gerazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Efrain Palban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matadores Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curumalán the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, Matadores Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Palban to maneuver through the defense. Severo Dayam charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Dayam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severo Dayam hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Fernando Illart replaced Hermengildo Lon. 95 minutes into the match, Blas Orlanda notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Curumalán's Benigno Ciceron. Benigno Ciceron was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matadores Fc played a much better game than Curumalán and deserved their victory. The Curumalán players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
