An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Rodas in the 21st minute of play forced CA Colon's goalkeeper 于乐德 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Berasko kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Zeledon Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallinas fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Aimar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Olo during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in CA Colon's zone, Zeledon Aimar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 于乐德 came out of the goal and Zeledon Aimar tried to chip the ball over his head. In the 31stth minute of the game Teodosio Rodas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CA Colon's 于乐德 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aldo Farias kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Toli got free with Fabio Liher in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 于乐德 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Aimar in the 38th minute of the match. 于乐德 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Zeledon Aimar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 于乐德. CA Colon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Aimar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 44 minutes into the match, CA Colon's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Aimar came free, but 于乐德 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zeledon Aimar fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallinas fc's protests and gave Zeledon Aimar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gallinas fc getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Zeledon Aimar hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Toli to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, CA Colon's goalkeeper 于乐德 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodosio Rodas. CA Colon's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Zeledon Aimar scored to the left of an out of position 于乐德, making the score, 0-3. After 58 played minutes CA Colon got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Piarres. 61 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Piarres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CA Colon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gallinas fc the free kick. After a rather tough play, CA Colon's Wilfredo Piarres got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute Zeledon Aimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 于乐德 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodosio Rodas got free with 于乐德 in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodosio Rodas came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and 于乐德 could save by the left post. Melquiades Guifre hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Aimar in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 于乐德 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Teodosio Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Teodosio Rodas could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which 于乐德 however easily saved by the left post. Gallinas fc's Zeledon Aimar got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 于乐德 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Teodosio Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
