The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Artizar got free with Melchor Fortun in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Union y Cultura's zone, Aaron Oalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Raymon came out of the goal and Aaron Oalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Union y Cultura's Victor Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Abalos in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to Capillitas AFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aquiles Mosen hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Capillitas AFC's goalkeeper Melchor Fortun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Demario. After 20 minutes, Guillermo Amato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capillitas AFC and the Union y Cultura players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes Capillitas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Amato. Guaberto Artizar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Melchor Fortun made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Union y Cultura's zone, Aaron Oalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Raymon came out of the goal and Aaron Oalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erubiel Demario might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Fortun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erubiel Demario ran back to his position shaking his head. Capillitas AFC's Melchor Fortun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Capillitas AFC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Union y Cultura booed when Capillitas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Oalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aaron Oalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erubiel Demario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Anaya's late challenge caught a Union y Cultura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Anaya helped the player get up and apologised. Fabio Anaya hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernan Abalos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Melchor Fortun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Demario in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Capillitas AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Fabio Anaya hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Erubiel Demario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melchor Fortun was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Abalos in the 57th minute of play forced Union y Cultura's goalkeeper Victor Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Fernan Abalos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Raymon was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. A collision led to Union y Cultura getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Everardo Teodor hit a great ball. In the 64th play minute Aaron Oalo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victor Raymon. 2-2. Melchor Fortun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Artizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 68 minutes, Benedicto Bittor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capillitas AFC and the Union y Cultura players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Capillitas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Bittor. In the 71stth minute of the game Guaberto Artizar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capillitas AFC's Melchor Fortun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erubiel Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Fortun having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Capillitas AFC's Aaron Oalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Raymon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Everardo Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Fernan Abalos struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Victor Raymon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capillitas AFC. Union y Cultura's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Aaron Oalo scored to the left of an out of position Victor Raymon, making the score, 2-3. The supporters of Capillitas AFC booed when Union y Cultura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Fanuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Union y Cultura's goalkeeper Victor Raymon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aaron Oalo. Erubiel Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Fortun having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Capillitas AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Union y Cultura.
