Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernan Abalos got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Fernan Abalos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Octavio Sasoin, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 4 minutes, Aaron Oalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capillitas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Oalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Melchor Fortun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Javiero in the 8th minute of the match. Octavio Sasoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Fernan Abalos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Octavio Sasoin made a huge save. If Nemesio Javiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Capillitas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Salvatore. Guillermo Amato kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Aaron Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Octavio Sasoin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Leonardo Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Fortun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Sasoin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Oalo in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Hipatía FC's Maximino Petrigai got a free kick in the 38th minute. Capillitas AFC's Aaron Oalo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Leonardo Bordat made the kick off in the second half. When Aaron Oalo came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Capillitas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Oalo couldn't finish the play. In the 61st match minute, Hipatía FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Sasoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Oalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Fernan Abalos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Octavio Sasoin having to make a save. Octavio Sasoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Abalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th match minute, Capillitas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. Hipatía FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 68th minute of the game, when Placido Bertin after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Capillitas AFC's goal. Placido Bertin was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Leonardo Bordat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Melchor Fortun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hipatía FC's zone, Aaron Oalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Sasoin came out of the goal and Aaron Oalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Capillitas AFC booed when Hipatía FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hipatía FC's zone, Fernan Abalos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Sasoin came out of the goal and Fernan Abalos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute Leonardo Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Fortun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Sasoin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Abalos's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 87 minutes of play, Capillitas AFC's Fernan Abalos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Sasoin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernan Abalos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Sasoin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes, Tomas Jacob mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hipatía FC and the Capillitas AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Jacob hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
