In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Los Pibes De Reserva. Felipe Medardo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aquiles Sarracino. 0-1. In the 31st match minute, Bajastine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Quirze to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Medardo in the 32nd minute of play forced Bajastine's goalkeeper Aquiles Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nemesio Tiadoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesar Emenon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Cesar Emenon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Valerio in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Pibes De Reserva's Norberto Baladi got a free kick in the 46th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Bajastine's Placido Che tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nemesio Tiadoro was the one to do the kick off. Cesar Emenon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Hanni in the 53rd minute of the match. Emanuel Timo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Pibes De Reserva's Cesar Emenon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Valerio in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Emanuel Timo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesar Emenon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Cesar Emenon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Hanni in the 64th minute of play. Bajastine's Nemesio Tiadoro got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Bajastine's Edelmiro Hanni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesar Emenon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
