But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Senio couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Real Ameritos Balompié booed when Bariloche FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Galsino having to interfere. Siro Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Leon Senio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leon Senio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Sagrario in the 52nd minute of play forced Real Ameritos Balompié's goalkeeper Hermengildo Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgard Bizen charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Bizen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Edgard Bizen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 minutes of play, Real Ameritos Balompié's Leon Senio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Galsino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leon Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Galsino having to interfere. Leon Senio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Bernardo Galsino made a huge save. Hermengildo Roland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Hanni in the 77th minute of the match. If Leon Senio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Edgard Bizen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute of the match Rene Hanni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermengildo Roland skillfully saved the ball. In the 90th minute of the match, Leon Senio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bernardo Galsino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Real Ameritos Balompié's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
