Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Dalmau in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Romelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Primitivo Baraquiel fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Babelion AFC's protests and gave Primitivo Baraquiel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zapla booed when Babelion AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Baraquiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Cidro kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Zapla's zone, Fulgencio Hotz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bras Munarriz came out of the goal and Fulgencio Hotz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Uriel Dalmau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodoro Romelio was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Dalmau got free with Teodoro Romelio in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodoro Romelio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
