After 2 played minutes Antiguyo FC got a freekick which was hit by Varban Arsenov. Feliciano Maradona came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSARIO's Gualterio Firmin. But to his dismay, Gualterio Firmin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lauro do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Rius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Restu having to interfere. Gualterio Firmin struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Feliciano Maradona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSARIO. After a rather tough play, Antiguyo FC's Aldo Abastas got a free kick in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Antiguyo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Firmin came free, but Feliciano Maradona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Romulo Dominguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROSARIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Romulo Dominguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Maradona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antonio Chaime recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braulio Rius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Antonio Chaime could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Ciriaco Restu however easily saved by the left post. Delmiro Lon lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Braulio Rius made a kick off. Arsenio Eneas's late challenge caught a Antiguyo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Eneas helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Antiguyo FC got a freekick which was hit by Varban Arsenov. In the 66th minute, Ceferino Jakobe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romulo Dominguez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Feliciano Maradona firmly grabbed it by the left post. Feliciano Maradona came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSARIO's Ceferino Jakobe. But to his dismay, Ceferino Jakobe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. A collision led to Antiguyo FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Patricio Otoniel hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, ROSARIO's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Rius came free, but Ciriaco Restu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes ROSARIO got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Goren. After a defensive mix-up in ROSARIO's zone, Braulio Rius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Restu came out of the goal and Braulio Rius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gualterio Firmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of ROSARIO echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Antiguyo FC had held the ball for most of the match.
