Feliciano Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Cordarell in the 13th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernan Cordarell to make the kick off. If Braulio Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Fernan Cordarell took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Feliciano Maradona to make any attempt to save it. In the 85th match minute, Luján was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Orkatz to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the game, Adan Urbez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Antiguyo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luján the free kick. The supporters of Luján booed when Antiguyo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Antiguyo FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Luján were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
