Spectators: 7373 (Terracing: 5531, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) Fernan Cordarell started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fernan Cordarell might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 严星天. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernan Cordarell ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Luján's Isidro Sayvion got a free kick in the 9th minute. Rafael Jaunzuria kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Donald McDonleavy charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donald McDonleavy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Donald McDonleavy hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Fernan Cordarell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. 严星天 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Rinconada's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Cordarell came free, but 严星天 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match, Fernan Cordarell tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 严星天 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 严星天 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Cordarell in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Fernan Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luján's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernan Cordarell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adam Zaremba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donald McDonleavy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Rinconada defense, Fernan Cordarell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 严星天. The Rinconada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 严星天 should have stopped the shot. Prospero Sal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donald McDonleavy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Cordarell in the 51st minute of play forced Rinconada's goalkeeper 严星天 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Donald McDonleavy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Fernan Cordarell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 严星天 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Rinconada got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Perutxo. 严星天 came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Luján's Fernan Cordarell. But to his dismay, Fernan Cordarell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The supporters of Rinconada booed when Luján was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Cordarell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 minutes of play, Rinconada's Donald McDonleavy made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Zaremba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donald McDonleavy struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Adam Zaremba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinconada. In the 79th minute, Gregorio Orkatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Rinconada getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Isaac Ryers hit a great ball. When Joaquin Firme came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Luján fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Firme couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the match, Rinconada's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Orkatz came free, but 严星天 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Luján players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
