Santo Librado hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Albino Johans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adam Zaremba. That made the score 2-1 in the 16 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernan Cordarell in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Loramendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonel Fanuco kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Flann Casero could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Adam Zaremba however easily saved by the left post. Joaquin Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Alejandro Loramendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Cordarell in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Johans in the 41st minute of play forced Luján's goalkeeper Adam Zaremba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Zaremba made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Flann Casero sent off a good shot on target. Adam Zaremba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flann Casero in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernan Cordarell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Capacho AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Cordarell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Kauldi Cebadilla hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Alberto Gaztea was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Capacho AFC's zone, Leonel Fanuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Loramendi came out of the goal and Leonel Fanuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Zaremba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Johans in the 90th minute of play. Luján's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
