The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Indar during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes MALVINAS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Indar. 13 minutes into the match, Roque Senon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Candido Espiridion. MALVINAS F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roque Senon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 18 minutes, Vicente Gar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuatroveinte FC and the MALVINAS F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Candido Espiridion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Herrera in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Israel Herrera tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Candido Espiridion saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. MALVINAS F.C.'s Candido Espiridion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Senon in the 23rd minute of play. Candido Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Senon in the 25th minute of the match. Victorio Normando struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Candido Espiridion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuatroveinte FC. In the 27th minute, Israel Herrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to MALVINAS F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Leonardo Hats hit a great ball. Candido Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Senon, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Gualterio Matthew fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MALVINAS F.C.'s protests and gave Gualterio Matthew a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Rogelio Claris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuatroveinte FC's Ronald Klaabu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rogelio Claris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronald Klaabu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivan Telo went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Telo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of MALVINAS F.C. booed when Cuatroveinte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Incendio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronald Klaabu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Claris in the 52nd minute of the match. Vicente Gar took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Candido Espiridion. Candido Espiridion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After a rather tough play, MALVINAS F.C.'s Constantino Baumer got a free kick in the 68th minute. Candido Espiridion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Eleder in the 71st minute of play. In the 77th minute Cuatroveinte FC were awarded a corner. Charlie Forsberg went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MALVINAS F.C.'s goalie and right to Hipolito Bembe. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. MALVINAS F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 86 minutes into the match, MALVINAS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Israel Herrera came free, but Candido Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Hipolito Bembe made a precise shot to the right of Candido Espiridion. MALVINAS F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Cuatroveinte FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
