Anier Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Gaztea in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the game Prudencio Silviano made a throw-in which Rosendo Txartiko played forward. 20 minutes into the match, Sans Frontieres's Jeremias Cortez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Mendebal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anier Mendebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Claus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Sergio Gar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alpes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sans Frontieres the free kick. Sergio Gar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Anier Mendebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Belmiro in the 26th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Sans Frontieres's Ruben Belmiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Mendebal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alpes FC's Anier Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Claus in the 33rd minute of play. When Jeremias Cortez, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Anier Mendebal was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Anier Mendebal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Anier Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Cortez in the 41st minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Miguel Claus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Anier Mendebal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Sans Frontieres were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Miguel Claus made the kick off in the second half. If Jeremias Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 56th minute of the match Sergio Gar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sergio Gar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 57th minute, Sergio Gar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Claus in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Mendebal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeremias Cortez might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anier Mendebal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremias Cortez ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Belmiro got free with Anier Mendebal in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the match, Sans Frontieres's Miguel Claus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Mendebal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Anier Mendebal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Cortez got free with Anier Mendebal in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alpes FC's Anier Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Cortez in the 68th minute of play. Roque Natal hit a great ball. Prudencio Silviano kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 73 minutes, Rosendo Txartiko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alpes FC and the Sans Frontieres players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anier Mendebal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Claus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 76 minute of play. Alpes FC's Aquilino Nafarroa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ruben Belmiro, made in the 80th minute of the game. Anier Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Claus in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Jeremias Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Mendebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roque Natal kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Jorge Gaztea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Mendebal having to interfere. When the match was over Sans Frontieres could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alpes FC throughout the match.
