The crowd rose to their feet as Romeo Fidensio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teo Martxel. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Tifondeboyaca F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Bidun to maneuver through the defense. After 22 minutes of play, Tifondeboyaca F.C's Flavio Celino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anier Beltza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Flavio Celino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anier Beltza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Aminga FC's Anier Beltza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Ricart in the 31st minute of play. Ildefonso Ondino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Teo Martxel made a huge save. Teo Martxel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeo Fidensio in the 38th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Teo Martxel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Romeo Fidensio's late challenge caught a Tifondeboyaca F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Fidensio helped the player get up and apologised. Teo Martxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Montel in the 48th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Bidun to make the kick off. Saul Tebaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Tebaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tifondeboyaca F.C getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Teo Martxel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 minutes, Honorio Ekaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book.
