Spectators: 7081 (Terracing: 5531, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Shelby started the match with the kick off. Godfredo Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Andres Indalecio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basail F.C.'s Godfredo Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basail F.C.'s Jeronimo Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Transito in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, Basail F.C.'s Jeronimo Vela got control of the ball when Braulio Bembe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match, Nunez Transito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeronimo Vela saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Fausto Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Bembe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Vela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Teofilo Galo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Braulio Bembe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 22nd playminute. Braulio Bembe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nunez Transito might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Vela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nunez Transito ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeronimo Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Abechuco in the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Braulio Bembe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeronimo Vela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Bembe in the 38th minute. Jeronimo Vela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Abechuco's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Jeronimo Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Basail F.C.'s Thomas Shelby nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres Indalecio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 48 minutes into the match, Basail F.C.'s goalkeeper Jeronimo Vela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Abechuco. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nunez Transito to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Basail F.C. defense, Nunez Transito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Vela. The Basail F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Vela should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Victorio Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Vela. Basail F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorio Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Basail F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DeLUTO:s goal. The supporters of Basail F.C. booed when DeLUTO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. DeLUTO's Froilan Sedeni was substituted for Braulio Bembe. Jeronimo Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Sedeni in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Abechuco in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Vela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. DeLUTO's Nicasio Sidro was substituted for Esteban Gervaso. Basail F.C.'s Jeronimo Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Sidro in the 87th minute of play. Celso Ladio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jeronimo Vela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Sidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Victorio Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DeLUTO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Nunez Transito scored 5-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeronimo Vela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. DeLUTO fully deserved thier win.
