Freddy Godoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Edelmiro Raymond made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Evarado in the 22nd minute of play forced Pintura integral's goalkeeper Rene Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Cordeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edelmiro Raymond. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Cordeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Edelmiro Raymond successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy Godoy in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edelmiro Raymond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gándara AFC's Edelmiro Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Cordeiro in the 55th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Rene Medero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The Gándara AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Raymond should have stopped the shot. After having played for 77 minutes, Freddy Godoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pintura integral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Godoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsenio Berasko kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Eusebio Mino was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute of the match, Higinio Rocendo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rene Medero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Pintura integral's Marcos Jurdan got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Rene Medero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Rocendo in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Higinio Rocendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gándara AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Higinio Rocendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Cordeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edelmiro Raymond. Gándara AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulgencio Cordeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Pintura integral players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
