But to his dismay, Loren Goycoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Ernesto Nalo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY's Jimeno Tartalo. Jimeno Tartalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Loren Goycoa made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Tartalo. BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 32 played minutes Sovieticos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Nalo. BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY's Jimeno Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loren Goycoa in the 35th minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Sovieticos F.C's Ernesto Nalo made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Tartalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jimeno Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loren Goycoa in the 39th minute of the match. Jimeno Tartalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loren Goycoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Ernesto Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Alfredo Di Stéfano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimeno Tartalo. BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Di Stéfano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After the first half Sovieticos F.C were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Sovieticos F.C's Ernesto Nalo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jimeno Tartalo. Jimeno Tartalo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Jimeno Tartalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Nalo in the 56th minute. Severiano Dominguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 minutes, Baldomiro Astrada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sovieticos F.C and the BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Sovieticos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Astrada. In the 64th match minute, BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Tome to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Sasoin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Tartalo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albano Garoa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 78 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Astrada got free with Jimeno Tartalo in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY's goalkeeper Jimeno Tartalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomiro Astrada. Albano Garoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Jimeno Tartalo made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernesto Nalo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jimeno Tartalo. That made the score 0-11 in the 93 minute of play. Ernesto Nalo struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Jimeno Tartalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sovieticos F.C. When the final whistle sounded Sovieticos F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BELEN DE ESCOBAR CITY.
